Okay, here goes.
If you’ve read “The Light”, then you can pretty much figure out what the title of the second book in the trilogy is going to be. We learned that the place where Marsh (and the rest of us) live is referred to as: “The Light”. In trying to get Marsh to find the poleax, Damon says that it’s in the Light, but the answer to where it is can be found is somewhere else and he threatens to send Marshall there. So the next stop along the Morpheus Road is the title of the second book:
Morpheus Road: The Black.
Many of you figured that out, though most thought it would be called “The Dark”. So the titles aren’t descriptions, they’re references to actual places. Which raises the question: What will the title of #3 be? I won’t discuss that until The Black comes out next year. But I will say this: As with “The Light”, once you’ve read “The Black” you’ll pretty much know what that title is going to be.

maybe they’re somehow gonna return 2 the Light cuz thats what Damon practically said that he wanted marsh 2 do. He wanted marsh to find “answers” in the Black, and find the Poleax in the Light.

@Stavroula: If you look at the pattern of when the Pendragon books were released and apply it to MR, you can assume the next book will be out the third Tuesday of April 2011.

I know this is probably totally irrelevant, but will you ever come to England? London, maybe? Outer London, to be exact? I really like the Pendragon series, but I haven’t been able to get hold of the Morpheus Road series. And being a fan of scary stuff in general, that’s not good. By the way, I love the new book covers. They remind me of those old-fashioned stories about “Chosen Ones” where they have a prophecy on these really fancy colored glass windows and the hero learns of his or her true destiny. Great idea, if that was what the covers are based on.

Not sure if I will be too comfortable with the view switching to Cooper but I will get used to it, I suppose haha. Ahhhh, I love the story! Scary stories are just so interesting with endless possibilities! Keep up the good work!!

I Loved Pendragon and it was the longest Series i’ve ever read. But now ive found a series to read (Morpheus Road).
I cant wait for #2 to come out, but now i dont got anything to read after i finished Book #1 The Light. The book is the scariest i’ve ever read. It kept me going through the whole book and i finished it in less than a day (Speed Reader). Good Job! Keep Going! And Hobey Ho lets go!

You make the best books ive ever read in my life. When i started reading the Pendragon series i loved it right away. I cant wait for the next book. But i agree with Nomuit, Take your time on it. If the people cant wait for it then well, Too bad for them. Make the book great and add suspense. Seeing how you right from all the books it’ll come out great. Why hurry up because 30 or so people said so. They’ll be happy when it comes out anyways. *cough* and it’ll be sold out before i can buy it anyways *cough*
