I had a request to start a blog where you could weigh in on thoughts about a movie based on The Merchant of Death and to discuss casting. This isn’t to say that a movie is imminent. It isn’t. But I’m working with some folks to develop one now, so you never know. (Just don’t hold your breath!)

Im still not really sure if this is a plothole or was meant to be a mystery, but it is a major problem. We don’t really know how the epilogue is even possible, as Bobby doesn’t remember his adventure, and it appears that Second Earth didn’t suffer the whole Ravinia situation in the state that it’s in. However, there isn’t any evidence to point that Ravinia really didn’t happen either. We just really don’t know what happens, whether Saint Dane’s influence was completely removed, whether Bobby was just transported to Second Earth’s past and since Saint Dane is gone, the timeline spit that occurred from that is a normal Second Earth or what. It’s the worst kind of plothole too, since there is virtually zero evidence that suggest any logical solution. . . .

I thought it was Press. I think because he was one of the spirits of Solara he had the power to alter everything that was linked to saint dane and return it to the way it was meant to be and because Bobby asked for just a little more time he game him a lifetime which in the whole of Solara is a very small amount of time. I think he sent the others as well and removed everyone’s memory but his own.

If Press has the power to wipe all of Saint Dane’s influence from the territories, why couldn’t he do something more about it while Saint Dane was still alive? Also, if Press could take away the effects that Saint Dane’s plans had, does Ibara exist? Was Siry born? If he was, how could he be born as the person that he was? There’s always something, unless you buy into this complicated theory that my brother has that Uncle Press IS Bobby, and that’s just another mess right there.

Remember that Solara was once again at the height of its power when Saint Dane was defeated. This means he had much more power than when Saint Dane was alive. Siry might exist but as the average citizen of Veelox and Ibara would remain an abandoned military base.

I think siry was born and Ibara exists.maybe a few people from veelox wanted to have a vacation and they went to ibara and love that place and they live there and siry and jen remudi will born there.haha that was my idea.
I think i know what will happen to quillan.blok is part of the quillan and it exists.the revivers will show Mr.pop to the rest of the quillan.the people will see their history and culture so they help each other and destroy blok but i’m not sure.

Wow I never thought about that, really. So . . . Saint Dane’s influence was wiped from the territories, if you go it Ibara you just arrive on an abandoned island, Siry is a normal citizen living in Rubic City (presumably), there are no games on Quillan and if Blok existed without them the Mr. Pop plan worked. What about Earth? We saw what would happen if the Hindenburg hadn’t crashed, and that was because of Saint Dane (at least in the book), and yet Second and Third Earth seem to not have been affected.
Also, I don’t think Nevva will be reborn because of what Saint Dane did to her. Her spirit ended, so unless Press actually rewound time, she can’t come back.

Does anyone read the bartimaeus trilogy?
It’s one of the best series ever.I finished it yesterday and i cried.the ending was very painful! :(( I suggest you guys to read it but if you don’t like painful endings,don’t read it.

If he were to go on and say how he helped and affected people, then the book would have no story or plot.
