I had a request to start a blog where you could weigh in on thoughts about a movie based on The Merchant of Death and to discuss casting. This isn’t to say that a movie is imminent. It isn’t. But I’m working with some folks to develop one now, so you never know. (Just don’t hold your breath!)

I don’t understand how anyone can resist the addiction to Pendragon. It’s just too epic for me not to love it. There isn’t one bad part in the books.

Pendragon isn’t exactly very well heard of here in Oklahoma, ~sigh~ -_-

Aww, that’s too bad. At least you can always come on the movie blog and count on there being fans that love Pendragon just as much as you. It’s like me. I don’t have a lot of people around here that I know that have read the books, but that’s why I always come here 🙂

I only know one other kid who knows about the books. His name is Devin. He’s in my grade, but I didn’t have any classes with him. He’s the reason why the library never has all of it’s Pendragon books. 🙂

Sadly Id even think my library has the books. So I own all of them. Ive read the merchant of death so many times it is falling apart.

The cover on my Merchant of Death is beggining to come off, but it wasn’t always my book. I got it from a teacher who had to get rid of some books becuase she was moving into a smaller room. That was the end of 2010, and I’ve already read Pilgrims of Rayne, and reread all the others a few dozen times.

O cool I read the merchant of death last august and finished soilders of halla before October. I read books 3-6 when I was on vacation in Florida then I had to wait till I got the nook to buy the rest which took about a week after I got back home

I believe that a movie for this book would sell BIG TIME. The concept is a little confusing but after the beginning its an easy concept to grasp. I read the first book when I was 9, and have been addicted ever since (i’m only 12 now). If you need a person to preread any of your books or to edit, i’ll always be here!

I started reading the books when I was 16, and I’m 18 now, and I’m still just as crazy about them. Doesn’t matter how old you are. You’re never too old for Pendragon 🙂

Yeah, I remember when I first started reading the series. I was looking for a new series to read, since I’m into adventure/fantasy books and stumbled across Merchant of Death. Sounded like a pretty cool book, so I decided to give it a try. So glad I picked it up!
