I had a request to start a blog where you could weigh in on thoughts about a movie based on The Merchant of Death and to discuss casting. This isn’t to say that a movie is imminent. It isn’t. But I’m working with some folks to develop one now, so you never know. (Just don’t hold your breath!)

Definitely! I hope we won’t have too long of a wait before we hear some news on if there’s gonna be a movie. It’s so hard waiting, wondering what’ll happen. I’ve just got my fingers crossed we’re gonna get good news.

Yeah, it’s hard waiting and wondering what’s going to happen. I’ve got my fingers crossed things are looking good for a movie happening, but then there’s the nervous energy of “what if it doesn’t get made?”
I feel kind of like a see-saw. I feel hopeful the movie will get made, but then at the same time, I keep wondering, “What if…what if…”
Hopefully we’ll get an update soon.

It’s awesome having other people to chit chat with about the books andf about a possible movie, especially if you don’t have anyone in person to chat with. No one I know has read the books, so that’s why I come here, to talk with fellow fans.

Finally, I’m back. So, I was wondering, what books are you guys reading currently besides Pendragon?

Right now, I’m reading Eldest, and once I’m done with that, I’ll move onto Brisingr. Pretty good book so far. And I’m also reading It by Stephen King, though that’ll take me a lot longer to get through.

I’m reading the13th Reality by James Dashner. The Eragon books are pretty good. I can’t wait for the 4th book to come out this fall.

Yeah, I’m really liking Eldest so far. I hope Brisingr will be good. I heard some people saying it wasn’t really that great, and that it was kind of boring. Hopefully, it’s just as good as the other two.

Brisingr was the best! It kept my mind off how sick I was when I got a cold one week. The fourth book is suppose to have a green dragon on the cover and there will be a new Rider. I’m guessing it’s Arya, because there were mentions in past books that her magic was colored green. I’mnot giving any spoilers just a guess.

I hope I’ll have time to read book 4 when it comes out. I’m gonna be pretty busy with school and whatnot, but I could always read it over Christmas break, whatever works.
