The final book of the Morpheus Road trilogy publishes tomorrow…March 27th. Yay! So the tour begins, and the saga of Marsh and Cooper concludes.
The first public stop on “The Blood” tour will be Wednesday March 28th at The Reading Bug in San Carlos, CA.
3pm.
I’m going to be visiting a bunch of schools around San Francisco this week as well. Can’t wait!

I just finished reading The Blood. It’s SO amazing!!! I loved how you tied in pendragon; I had told myself that I was going to bed after the next chapter finished, but I read the part where his ID is given, and I thought, “I’m going to be tired tomorrow,” and I plunged back in. I think the best way to figure this out is if you set up a gravatar for your email address so that even if someone posts under your name they wont have your avatar and if it is rlly u being rude, we would know because of the gravatar.

In the context of Morpheus Road, where is Saint Dane if he was a rogue Traveler, if he even exists at all?
If Press has been trapped in the Blood for thousands of years, how does he know modern English?
If he is Uncle Press, how was he in the Light with Bobby if he was supposed to be in the Blood?
Are there multiple Lights (multiple territories)?

And for Patrick G.’s comment above, I think Dark skinned (woman) is Osa and time isn’t relevant concerning the places in Morpheus Road and Pendragon. It clearly says that the struggle with Saint Dane (who’s spirit doesn’t exist anymore thanks to Pendragona and Travelers) happened BEFORE the events in Morpheus Road.

Agreed! Just finished The Blood, and it was simply amazing! Definitely my favorite of the three! So many surprises and shocks. When I found out who it was that was going to help Marsh and Cooper…that was just plain awesome.

It made me think that all the watchers were travelers because the watcher that told them where to find press seemed a whole lot like Osa (loor’s mom) … I was so wishing for Bobby to come out but I was a little disappointed 🙁

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking. Especially when Press told Coop and Marsh how they’d once battled a force stronger than Damon (Saint Dane). Especially when you think what happened at the end of Soldiers of Halla. All the Travelers were about to return to Solara to help guide mankind…so since their jobs as Travelers are finished, they’re now acting as guiding spirits again. Now they’re Watchers.
And I think it was Osa who was with Press. He also told Coop and Marsh the wooden stave was a present from a spirit who means a lot to him. Seems like that would be Osa.
It was funny, because at first, when the Watcher was first introduced, and he was talking to Marsh and Coop, I was thinking it was Bobby, since he had a basketball and he was so skilled with it. But as soon as it said “uncle”…I was starting to have an idea of who it might be 🙂
