This is a link to a lengthy radio interview I did recently. I talk about SYLO and writing and all sorts of other stuff. It’s long, so if you feel like listening to me go blah, blah, blah for a while, follow the link!

Hi. In the beginning of your book Sylo, you said to keep the fan mail coming. So here goes! I am still reading SYLO, but I already knew I was going to love the book when I read the “foreword”. Your writing style is just amazing. I could continue this letter forever with praise for your books, but instead I wanted to ask a question. I am a writer. Yes, I’m only 14, but no matter what people think, or how bad I am, I am a writer. This is not a cry for attention. I have realized that recently, my desire to continue my 129 page book has sadly diminished. Any advice as to how I can get the excitement back? Thank you for your time.

I had the same thing happen to me. As long as you’re not on a deadline, try writing some other things-taking a break can help. (Writing in an insane plot twist can do it too.)
I’m about your age.
