Hello my name is Nikole Taylor i LOVE your books i don’t know a better way to say it. I love them so much I read one in a day. I get in trouble a school for reading your books because I can’t put them down. I only read the Pendragon series my library only had 2 of them so we have been geting them from libraries a state away i want to read them soo much. Have you ever thought of making them into movies i could just imagine how great they would be. So remember i am your biggest Pendragon fan.

i was watching “Are you afraid of the dark?” on youtube – because where i live there is no Nickeloden – and i so far got up to the third episode, and i was freaking out on the second episode because i am afraid of clowns, and i think you are too, DJ, because in “Are you afraid of the dark” and “Pendragon” you mentioned clowns, and that they were scary.

Actually, those effects were pretty crude because we made the show in ’92…before efx were cheap and easy. So if you thought they were good, I’m very happy.
If you liked the vampire episode, my sister and I wrote an “AYAOTD” book that continues that story. The TV episode tells the first half, and the book continues on and tells the second. Not sure where you can find it, though. It’s called “The Tale of the Nightly Neighbors”.

Denduron actually came from an exhibit in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NY. It’s an Egyptian temple called The Temple of Dendur. So I turned it into the word “Denduron” in AYAOTD…and then again in Pendragon.
As for the pinball…it was actually HALF of a giant silver sphere…but you couldn’t tell because you only saw it from one angle. We rolled it to the top of the escalator on a dolly.

That’s really amazing how you did all those shows and stuff before Pendragon. I know I saw Ghost Writer when I was really young, and I can remember becoming excited whenever I got the chance to see it – basically the same way when a new Pendragon book came out. Now I am hoping to become a director/producer one day, and only recently I have picked up an interest in writing, though, I still hate essays -_- Creatively, though, I now enjoy making new stories and characters thanks to visiting your old forums.
