we have uses for pennies and nickles. pennies you can use to do tax and if you pay a ten for something that is only 7.98 (including tax) then you wont get your full money back! you wont get a whole eight cents and that adds up in a year. if we lost almost ten cents on every purchase you made for a year and you bought about ten things a week (like groceries) then you would lose…. $50.00 a year. thats only buying ten things a day (and of course this is all just estimated) without the penny and nickle, we would lose a lot of money. no joke.

I am 12, but i’m not a crazy dozen year old. How old are you? I have not FINISHED any of my books unfortunately, but i have around 20 to 30 that i am writing now. Only 5 of them are actually good.

Well i am homeschooled which doesn’t necessarily make a difference, but when you’re homeschooled, you can work on all grades at once. I am technically in 6th grade, but i am doing 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th. I may sound like a nerd but i’m really not. 😀 I actually have wrote the wrong thing in a different story, but i have them organized. 😀 I write mostly fiction.

Well, most of the stories i am working on are just tiny, maybe about 100 pages. But maybe five or six are my REAL ones. 🙂 I am not sure why i don’t get stressed or overwhelmed but my brain just isn’t able to process stress.
Anyways, my dog is freaking out over some hound in our yard, better get him out. Bye!

Yah a lot of people think homeschoolers are nerdy and DUMB but some have more spirit then public schoolers. Also, the middle school kids in this town AND the elementary school are saying cuss words like crazy. Now, unless you have a family who says cuss words, which i do NOT, you learn cuss words very very very slowly. I’m not saying that some kids don’t learn or say them at all, but most moms or dads who are decent enough to homeschool their kids, usually are good parents. Yah, i just don’t have room for stress. Family stuff? Oh yah, my little sister, she is 10, she is SO-O-O-OOOOOO stressed ALL the time. She’s gotten so touchy recently. Anyways, i have NO idea what stress would feel like. I mean, i am sure you probably have a lot for siblings then i do, but still, sometimes i wish i could know what it feels like. I have six siblings. 🙂 And TONS of pets, so i guess i am just caught up in them a lot. 😀

Yeah, i agree. Also, in the end of the last book in the Pendragon series, i almost thought that Bobby Pendragon had forgotten they had even gone and done what they had. What did you guys think about it? I mean DUH he did “do” it…but do you think he forgot about it? I don’t know. I think that the epilogue of Soldiers of Halla was supposed to be a sort of alternate universe in which Bobby never found out about being a Traveler. That way he would get to live a normal human life. But when Press gives him his journal to read, it makes him aware that this alternate universe is not the true universe and as he reads it, he remembers everything that *really* happened. At least that’s what I think.

I actually haven’t Pendragon yet. The way I found out about Morpheus Road was that D.J. MacHale visited my school when he was on tour for the light. So then I read it but I haven’t had time to read Pendragon

Yeah it was cool. He told us that he also wasn’t in love with the title “the light”, but it made sense. He also read us the scene that he based off of something that happened to him when he was a teenager. And he signed my friend Emilio’s book saying, ” To Emilio. Get scared.” But the best part was that I got out of english class to go see him.

Okay, according to science fiction, there are many universes that exist that are just like the one we live in. Whenever a major decision is made in this universe, it creates another alternate universe in which the decision was made differently. For example, Word War I began when Archduke Ferninand was assassinated. In an alternate universe, he might *not* have been killed and the war might never have started (or would have started differently).
In this universe, Bobby went with Uncle Press to become a Traveler. But after events in Soldiers of Halla, he was given another chance. He was able to experience an alternate universe in which he never went with Press and was able to live a normal life. It’s only at the end of his life, that he was reminded of events in the real universe. That way it was like living two lives. His true destiny was to be a Traveler but he also got to experience a full life before returning to Solara.
Whew…I hope that helped and I didn’t just make it more confusing.
If you still want to know more about alternate universes, you should check out a 1990’s TV series called “Sliders.” It’s all about alternate universes.

There’s another show that talks about that sort of thing too. It’s called Flash Forward. It talks a lot about quantam phisics and how there are always more than one possibility for every situation. They even say that when a situation with two possible eventuallities occurs, that they are both happening at the same time. Like if someone was drowning someone, then that person survives and dies at the same time. But it’s up to the person drowning them that decides which one will happen at the end. But in another universe, the opposite thing happens.
That didn’t take long to explain at all.

I got 3 books I’m reading right now. Two for my current english class, and two that I need to finish before March 27. I’ve been putting them off for a long time. One is a fantasy about these weird cats, one is about steroids, and the other is to kill a mockingbird. It doesn’t make any sense there’s not one bird in the whole story!
